Confirm the product first

Request the actual model’s production dimensions, material and fitting instructions. We do not use a universal lightbox template or infer print dimensions from the outside frame.

Submit your file

For a confirmed printed order, you can submit your artwork afterwards using its private order link. The upload accepts PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 10 MB; larger files need an agreed transfer method.

Bleed, resolution, colour setup and production-size requirements are confirmed for the selected printing process. Tell us if you need file preparation or design assistance.

Review the proof

Check the wording, layout and correct surface. Approve the current proof or request changes. A revised proof needs fresh approval; an earlier approval does not authorize a new version.

Release for production

Printing begins only once the agreed payment, configuration, file checks and final proof approval are complete. Hardware-only orders do not need printed-artwork approval.
